3-D Printing Lab
The Entomology Department currently has three 3D printers with five color printing units. They produce prototypes of various pests and diseases for extension purposes.
A beef cattle handling facility, designed by renowned animal behaviorist Temple Grandin. The only one of its kind in Ohio, the facility includes a corral, a dual chute system with a hydraulic squeeze chute and breeding box, and sorting pens.

Service Testing and Research Laboratory (STAR Lab)
This is a research oriented analytical laboratory. The purpose is to provide inorganic chemical analysis needed by researchers.
Composting research is focused on the recycling of food scraps, yard trimmings and manure as well as understanding the effects of composts on the microbial ecology of soils and plant growing media.
