Student Spotlight: Kinze Jaqua

Kinze JaquaName your major/rank: Kinze Jaqua, I am a current 2nd year studying agriscience education. 

Tell us about your family/pets: My family consists of my mom, stepdad, and younger brother. We currently run a small show goat operation, primarily selling to local showmen. In addition to our breeding herd, we have two livestock guardian dogs, Lottie and Willa. 

What is your hometown? I grew up in Liberty Center, OH in Henry County. 

Why did you choose OSU and CFAES Wooster as your collegiate choice?  

I chose to attend CFAES Wooster because of the campus community. I knew that OSU ATI was a place that would consist of people similar to me and offered hands on education that would allow us to do well academically. Throughout my time here at ATI, this has proved to be true and I have gained a close group of friends that will help to make my transition to the Columbus campus much more comfortable.

What is your favorite restaurant or food? Steak! 

What is a talent or superpower you wish you had?  I wish I had the ability to completely memorize material so that exams would be easier.
